Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Ace Graphix (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any customer (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Any change in artwork, materials, or project specifications may result in a revised quotation.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings or production work.
The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and before collection or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, EFTPOS, or cash.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge and any recovery costs.
4. Artwork and Design
All artwork, proofs, and designs remain the property of Ace Graphix until full payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring that all logos, images, and content supplied are free of copyright restrictions.
Approval of proofs confirms that all details (spelling, sizes, colours, placement) are correct. We are not liable for errors approved by the client.
5. Production and Installation
Production times vary depending on workload and material availability. We aim to meet deadlines but accept no liability for delays outside our control.
The customer must ensure vehicles or surfaces are clean and ready before installation.
Additional cleaning or preparation time may be charged.
Once installed, signage should be cared for according to our maintenance guidelines.
6. Warranty and Liability
We use premium materials such as 3M, Avery Dennison, and Orafol, and follow industry-standard application processes.
Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and depend on usage, exposure, and maintenance.
Ace Graphix is not responsible for damage due to misuse, neglect, external cleaning, environmental exposure, or poor maintenance.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the original invoice.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If materials or production have already begun, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover incurred costs.
8. Ownership and Risk
All goods remain the property of Ace Graphix until full payment is received.
Risk passes to the client upon collection, delivery, or installation.
9. Returns and Refunds
As all signage is custom-made, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved proof.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation.
10. Use of Images for Promotion
We may photograph completed work for promotional use (website, social media, portfolio) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
